Mr Bhamani is an entrepreneur, investor and developer operating across North America. As Founder and Principal of Eletell Development Company, he leads a vertically integrated platform focused on luxury and mixed-use development, capital formation and long-term asset management.

His commercial portfolio is anchored by Prime Real Estate Group, one of Western Canada's leading development firms with over 5 million square feet of completed business parks, retail centers, hotels and office properties. His residential work includes Parc450, a boutique condominium brand in Kelowna, British Columbia, with over 100 luxury units delivered and another 100 in active development, and KA Residences — a wellness-branded residential concept integrating architecture, interior design and health technology, currently expanding nationally.

Beyond development, Mr Bhamani oversees a diversified family office portfolio that includes Canadian property holdings, a national insurance brokerage, majority interests in a restaurant group, and over one million square feet of Class A retail and hotel assets in Texas.

He is a graduate of Harvard Business School. He completed his MBA and an executive program in private equity at the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School, and serves on the Harvard Real Estate Alumni Board. He is an Officer of the Harvard Business School Club of Houston, an active member of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), and a founding member of TIGER 21 (HOU-04).

Ms O'Connor serves as Vice President of Legal and Investments at Eletell Development Company, overseeing the firm's legal operations, contract structuring and investment transactions across its North American portfolio.

She brings more than a decade of transactional legal experience across private practice and in-house counsel roles. Ms O'Connor began her career at O'Connor & Craig in Houston before joining K&L Gates and Reed Smith LLP, where she advised on technology transactions, data strategy and intellectual property matters. She subsequently served as Counsel for Global Markets at IBM, managing complex commercial agreements across healthcare and financial services markets in the United States.

Ms O'Connor holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor's degree from Penn State University. She is a licensed member of the State Bar of Texas.
