Moiz Bhamani is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor and developer with a proven track record of delivering high-value real estate projects across North America. As the founder and principal of Eletell Development Company, he leads a vertically integrated platform focused on luxury and mixed-use development, capital formation and long-term asset management.

Under his leadership, Eletell’s portfolio includes:

• Prime Real Estate Group: One of western Canada’s leading commercial development firms, this organization touts over 5 million square feet of completed business parks, retail centers, hotels and office properties.
• Parc450: A boutique condominium developer in Kelowna, British Columbia with over 100 luxury residences delivered and another 100 units in active development.
• KA Residences: A Houston-based wellness-branded residential concept, currently expanding nationally with projects that integrate architecture, design, and health technology.

Collectively, these ventures represent more than $1 billion in completed developments and an additional $1 billion in the pipeline, positioning Eletell as a rising leader in the luxury real estate space.

Bhamani also oversees a diversified family office portfolio that includes Canadian property holdings, a national insurance brokerage, majority interests in a restaurant group, and over 1 million square feet of Class A retail and IHG-flagged hotel assets in Texas.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, completed the Executive Program in Private Equity at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, and serves on the Harvard Real Estate Alumni Board. He is an Officer of the Harvard Business School Club of Houston, an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), and a founding member of TIGER 21 (HOU-04).
